To bring joy, excitement, and smiles to everyone around the world through underwear.
Our goal is not just to “sell underwear” but also to create a service that goes beyond that.
We develop products and provide services based on the concept of “proper-fitting underwear,” considering the wearer’s age, changes in body shape, physical constitution, and lifestyle.
All staff members are working hard every day to give customers the experience of “discovering a new me,” through the underwear we propose.

-Company Overview-

HEAVEN Japan is the first D2C company in the underwear industry to sell self-planned and manufactured female underwear, handling the full process from product development to manufacturing, sales, packaging, and after-sales service.

We also have the “Try-on and Experience Salon” where customers can actually wear and experience the underwear. We built the “D2C Omnichannel Model” that uses our in-house DX team’s data and AI allowing customers to choose the best underwear anytime, anywhere, without stress.

-Strengths of HEAVEN Japan-
We developed own-brand products based on the concept of “proper-fitting underwear®” that overturns the concept of corrective underwear which has a strong image of tightly constricting the body, with names that are hard to forget once you hear them, such as, “Armpit Fat Catcher” and “Sleep and Gather Bra.”
We developed a system for sharing order and customer data at all customer contact points, including online stores and salons, to have a service system where we can propose proper-fitting underwear that matches each customer's body shape and concerns.

-What we do-
We do everything in-house, including product planning and design, PR and marketing, online sales and shipping, salon management, and after-sales service. We created our own engineering team to work on building an omnichannel—a system that integrates various sales channels such as, physical stores, EC sites, and social media to increase customers’ purchase convenience.

To be able to provide products and services that are always considerate of our customers’ needs; we use digital technology to promote the growth as a technology company with underwear at its core.
